Bridget M. Hofstadter, LPC, ATR, CCATP, CDMDTP
Co-Founder
I believe in the power of the creative arts to assist clients in gaining insight and new perspectives to facilitate personal growth and transformation. I use a client-centered method, working with you to build a therapeutic relationship and treatment plan that truly fits your needs. My specialty lies in supporting women who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-worth, people-pleasing, co-dependency, loss of sense of self, difficulty with healthy boundaries and communication issues. Each client comes with a unique set of experiences, and I am committed to honoring that individuality in our work together.
To ensure your therapy is as effective and personalized as possible, I employ a multi-modal approach. This means that I draw from a range of therapeutic techniques and modalities, including Art Therapy, Client-Centered Approach, Trauma-Informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Psycho-education.
My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insights, and work toward meaningful change. Reach out if you feel you are ready for therapy or if you just have questions about therapy. I offer a free phone consultation for you to find out more about services and to see if we would be a good fit.

Art Therapy
Art has the amazing power to release the areas of the mind that have been locked up due to previous traumas and experiences. Using a combined approach to therapy, utilizing CBT, DBT, and art therapy, allows me to get to the root of and guide clients through their problems in a highly effective manner. I truly believe in the inherent healing nature that art provides, allowing us an avenue to reach our clients in a different way and create deeper connections through active engagement in art practices. I utilize mindfulness practices in my therapeutic approach and always encourage clients to look inward to find their own personal strengths to promote their healing. In order to be successful in the art therapy setting, creating a safe space for clients to grow, share, and heal is always priority.
While the majority of clients that I work with are children and adolescents, I also work with adults experiencing a variety of symptoms, from anxiety to trauma. I believe that art therapy has the power to help every population, no matter what they are suffering from. It does not focus on the product of the art, but more on the process behind creating it.

I can help you heal and move forward. I became an art therapist because I am passionate about reaching teens and young adults to provide a creative outlet in a brave space to explore life’s challenges. Flourishing during adolescence is difficult and overwhelming. This defining part of life is full of transitions, experimentation, and milestones galore!
I am here and ready to provide a safe place for you to experience and creatively express emotions, as well as cultivate new opportunities for navigating life’s journey. The act of expression is valuable because it provides insight into behaviors and thinking patterns; which leads to a new perspective. You deserve better than just okay, you deserve to thrive.
I utilize a mindfulness approach with a client-centered modality to support the client’s therapeutic process. I have had the pleasure of working with an assortment of clients of diverse experiences, ages, and challenges. My goal is to create a brave space that inspires community, connection, and curiosity.

I am not here to fix you, nor am I here to help you eradicate parts of yourself that you don’t like. I will share pieces of my knowledge, education and training throughout our work together. Most importantly, I will show up to every single session with unconditional positive regard, empathy, and belief in your ability to grow and to heal. What you choose to take from the therapeutic experience is entirely up to you. I am honored to work alongside my clients as they work to discover ways to see themselves through a lens of compassion and love in order to provide freedom just to BE.
As a psychotherapist, my job is to walk alongside you on this journey into discovering that you actually already possess everything you will ever need to traverse the rocky (and sometimes seemingly impossible) terrain that we call life. That’s how much I believe in you, and in humanity.
Come as you are, no matter what that looks or feels like on any given day. I will teach you to observe each thought, action and word as having the power to cast a stone and create a ripple effect. What you do, think and say matters. We possess the inherent ability to cast stones of love, healing, connection and authenticity.
